Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders we accept for delivery within the United States.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to eligible U.S. delivery addresses accepted at checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping.

If your address is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to that address at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our control may affect delivery timing.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with an update and, where required, provide cancellation and refund options.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact us at info@mycolumen.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the package and product.

We review these issues case by case and will help resolve them as quickly as possible.
